The main products are single and double-sided circuit boards, made of materials such as 22F, CEM-1, FR-4, etc. The process capability of double-sided multi test board is: minimum line width and spacing of 0.11/0.11mm, minimum aperture of 0.2mm, hole copper>20um, maximum production copper thickness of 6OZ, PCB meets lead-free and halogen-free sulfur free requirements.
